Email


In our platform, Email integration offers you the capability to establish connections between your chatbot and external email service providers (ESPs), such as SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), Mailgun, or Postmark. This integration empowers your chatbot to send and receive emails, providing a wide range of functionalities, including:

  • Dispatching notification emails when users engage in specific actions, such as registering for a service or making a purchase.
  • Distributing abandoned cart emails to users who have added items to their cart but have not yet completed the purchase.

  1. Begin by accessing your Dashboard, and then scroll down to the `Management` section.
  2. Locate and click on the `Integration` option.
  3. Within the Integration menu, click on the `Email` category.
  4. To set up a new email service provider profile, click on the `New` button next to Email Profile.
  5. For the purpose of this guide, we will demonstrate the process using Mailgun as the chosen Email Service Provider. Therefore, click on the `Mailgun` option.
  6. Now, proceed to complete the form to create your Mailgun profile. The necessary information for filling out this form can be found in your Mailgun account.
  7. After you have filled out the required information, click on the `Save` button to finalize the setup of your Mailgun profile.

By following these steps, your Mailgun email service provider integration will be successfully established.

SMS


SMS integration in our platfrom refers to the incorporation of SMS (Short Message Service) functionality into our chatbot system. To integrate Responder service provider, you can follow these steps:

  1. Begin by accessing your Dashboard, and then scroll down to the `Management` section.
  2. Locate and click on the `Integration` option.
  3. Within the Integration menu, click on the `Responder` category.
  4. To set up a new Responder service provider profile, click on the `New` button next to Responder Profile.
  5. For the purpose of this guide, we will demonstrate the process using Sendinblue as the chosen Responder Service Provider. Therefore, click on the `Sendinblue` option.
  6. Now, proceed to complete the form to create your Sendinblue profile. The necessary information for filling out this form can be found in your Sendinblue account.
